“In the next 24 hours, the southwest monsoon enhanced by the low pressure area outside PAR will bring light to moderate with at times heavy rains over Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, northern Palawan, and Kalayaan Islands,” PAGASA said in the 11 a.m. weather advisory.
