Cardema claimed Comelec employees were afraid of Guanzon, and that she hindered the proclamation of winning P3PWD party-list nominees. Moreover, he said, Guanzon was suffering from karma for denying his bid to sit as representative of the Duterte Youth party-list in the House of Representatives.
Cardema also said he was not afraid of Guanzon’s wrath, adding she could never sit in Congress, and accused her of conspiracy with other P3PWD party-list nominees so she herself could sit as a party-list representative.
