Rodolfo Ordanes cited Central Luzon, the Southern Tagalog Region and Central Visayas as the areas where the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases , National Task Force and local government units could focus on by going to the houses of these seniors or wherever else they may be.
