The City of Manila has begun the roll out of its vaccination program for minors with comorbidities, Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso announced on Friday.Domagoso said the inoculation of immunocompromised youth in the city against the coronavirus disease 2019 , with the Ospital ng Maynila as its pilot site, is primarily aimed in getting back a sense of normalcy in the capital.
