To know more about Globe’s response and relief efforts for Typhoon Odette, you may visit https://www.globe.com.ph/odette.html.While several Globe Stores remain closed until further notice in critical areas in Visayas and Mindanao, customers can use the New GlobeOne app to register for Prepaid promos, buy load, and redeem Rewards points. They can also submit a request for service or account reconnection through the old GlobeOne apps.
