Espenido, who will also be the deputy city director for operations of Bacolod City Police Office , said the people should trust the police and the government because they are mandated and protected by God.
Meanwhile, Brig. Gen. Rene Pamuspusan, regional director of Police Regional Office -6, said Espenido was assigned to lead the drug enforcement unit here, as he can perform what is expected of him.“He is here to do a job. I’m sure he can perform well,” he added.
