Other Field Offices of the Department of Social Welfare and Development have stepped up to augment the food and non-food item supplies of the regions affected by the onslaught of typhoon Odette.The gesture of the FOs that were spared by “Odette” was an expression of their full support to the country’s ongoing disaster operations.

Meanwhile, Caraga Region benefited from the FO IX’s augmentation support. Some 7,000 FFPs and other non-food items such as 135 blankets, 2,431 bath towels, 309 bed sheets and 2,325 mosquito nets have been delivered to the region on Dec. 19.
