"Base po sa record ng Comelec nakapag-file po ang respondent, si Governor Mamba, ng kanyang motion for reconsideration nitong Disyembre at ito po naman ay na-raffle na rin sa isang ponente o 'yung magsusulat ng desisyon sa pitong miyembro ng kumisyon," Garcia said at a televised public briefing. "Therefore po, sa mga susunod na araw o panahon ay asahan ninyo po na kaagad at mabilis na madedesisyunan ng Comelec ang motion for reconsideration upang alamin talaga kung tama talaga ang desisyon ng dibisyon o ito ba ay ia-affirm ng en banc [at] ano ba ang magiging pinal na desisyon ng komisyon sa bagay na ito," he added.from the 2022 gubernatorial race in Cagayan for allegedly violating the election spending ban.

The resolution was signed by Presiding Commissioner Marlon Casquejo and Commissioners Rey Bulay and Nelson Celis.
