The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Wednesday said their offices in areas under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) will be closed to the public.

The poll body said these offices are in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, the National Capital Region and Region IV-A.

“Issuance is temporarily suspended in the above offices for the duration of the MECQ from August 4 to 18, 2020,” it read.
