Trillanes urged the government to conduct free mobile or door-to-door reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction tests in barangays with high cases of COVID-19. | cgonzalesINQ

First among his suggestions was the conversion of some public schools into makeshift treatment centers for patients of moderate COVID-19 cases as well as the mobilization of nursing students or unemployed nursing graduates to work with pay as nursing assistants in public or private hospitals at government expense. He said the government should also provide sleeping quarters for them.

Further, the former senator said the government must require alcohol and surgical mask manufacturers to increase their production and procure their products for mass distribution to hospitals, frontliners, and disinfection operations.
