As COVID-19 cases rise, the question is — does PH have enough testing kits?Test kits are not going to matter. The number of cases will eventually outstrip the supply. Safer to assume that anyone with the symptoms potentially has it and xray / ct scan results can verify. No! Kasi pumetiks ang DoH eh 2000 test kits for 109 million population. We are at WHOs mercy.
