Kabilang sa mga dadaanan ng mga shuttle ang Research Institute for Tropical Medicine sa Alabang, Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center, Philippine General Hospital, UST Hospital, Philippine Orthopedic Center, Philippine Heart Center, Lung Center of the Philippines, East Avenue Medical Center, at iba pang mga ospital.
Ayon kay Army spokesperson Col. Ramon Zagala, bibiyahe ang mga truck mula sa Santolan hanggang sa Mall of Asia simula Martes ng gabi.
