AirAsia extends options for flights cancelled due to COVID19

MANILA - AirAsia said Wednesday it extended its offer for passengers whose flights were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Passengers with bookings made on or before March 22 with a departure date from March 23 to May 31 can choose from the following options for future travel, the airline said: Eligible guests can check the options using AirAsia's chatbot AVA on support.airasia.com or airasia.com, it said. "AirAsia is closely monitoring this situation and reserves the right to announce further policies according to the latest developments," the carrier said.
