Gen Z s are considered fully digital native because they grew up in the world of social media and smart phones.
"Mataas ang kanilang personality na openness to experience sa mga Gen Zs na nagmo-motivate sa kanila to try something new," said Ladic.Gen Zs who prefer to work abroad also have their own economic reasons."Better pay na trabaho. Dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin at hindi pagtaas ng sahod," Ladic added.The study also showed that many Gen Zs prefer to work independently because they feel pressured and are anxious when doing group tasks.
