ORGANIZERS of Pasigarbo sa Sugbo festival showdown are planning to shut down cell phone signals along the vicinity of Cebu City Sports Center , where the activity will be held on August 28, 2022, Governor Gwendolyn Garcia announced on Tuesday, August 9, at the Capitol Social Hall.The Capitol is also contemplating of installing signal jammers inside the CCSC as part of its security measures, just like what the Cebu City Government did during the Sinulog festival.
