The 6 Division of the Nigerian Army,in a statement by its spokesman,Colonel Aminu Iliyasu,a Deputy Director ,Army Public Relations, said the Festus Okoye-led committee report, which accused it of undue interference in the election, lacked sincerity. “The statement according to INEC was the findings of its Fact-Finding Committee that assessed the situation in Rivers State.

“Both victims are currently receiving treatment at University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital Intensive Care Unit and Military Hospital Port Harcourt respectively with life-threatening injuries.
