INEC Committee To End Fact-finding On Rivers Polls Today.

The Independent National Electoral Commission fact-finding team assigned to investigate the circumstances that led to the suspension of the Governorship and House of Assembly elections in Rivers State is expected to round off its assignment today.

“Based on reports from our officials in the field, the Independent National Electoral Commission has determined that there has been widespread disruption of elections conducted on the 9th day of March 2019 in Rivers State,” he stated.
