My mum is on Health insurance scheme but the hospital she's attached to has refused to give her drugs saying her health insurance didn't cover some certain drugs and she has glaucoma. We did insurance thing so cover her drugs But we are still spend almost 20k every two weeks to buy her eye drops but this what the national health insurance scheme should have covered. So i think it's not wroking.
