The Lagos State Police Command has apprehended two suspected kidnappers, Desmond Ikechukwu Okafor and Egwuonwu Gift Iyke .
The crime was executed by the victim’s neighbour, Okorafor, who used his access to the family to lure the victim from his parents’ home at Aboru in Ipaja.
