PDP NEC meeting: Iyorchia Ayu wants party to move forward, produce new Chairman

Ahead of today's Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting, Sokoto South Senator, Aminu Tambuwal , has said the party's former National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu , is interested in PDP moving forward. Tambuwal said the decision of Ayu to withdraw his suit challenging his removal as PDP National Chairman was an indication that he wants the party to move forward.

Posting on X, Tambuwal wrote: 'Ahead of the 98th National Executive Committee meeting holding today, Thursday, April 18, 2024, the National Caucus of our great Party, the @OfficialPDPNig met and deliberated.
