Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has urged Christian leaders in the country to be advocates of freedom of worship, justice and the rule of law.

A statement signed by the VP’s spokesperson, Laolu Akande, on Sunday, quoted Mr Osinbajo as saying that ”fairness, equity and respect for the rights of others are fundamental to peace and stability,” hence Christian leaders at all levels must strive to promote those virtues despite the challenges.

Also, in his remarks after receiving the award, alongside other honourees, the VP noted that “fairness, equity and respect for the rights of others are fundamental to peace and security,” hence Christian leaders at all levels must strive to promote those virtues despite the challenges.
