The Ijare community in the Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State, on Wednesday, seized about 150 cows for destroying crops on farmlands in the area.

This came few months after lightning struck dead 36 cows belonging to Fulani herdsmen while grazing on a sacred land in the community.

The source said, “When the herdsmen saw that the farmers and some local hunters were coming after them, they abandoned their cows and ran away and the cows were brought to the palace of the town’s monarch. “They have been destroying our farms and we can no longer condone the losses. We don’t have problems with the herdsmen, but we don’t want them and their cows in Ijare anymore,” he stated.

Good news

I hope RotimiAkeredolu is well prepared for the aftermath of this seizure. He should get the AMOTEKUNS prepared against possible revenge on innocent citizens. Those 'animals ' don't give up until they spill blood.

Be vigilant! If you touch Fulani herdsmen you have touched the presidency o...there will be consequences.

Those who fetch ants infested firewood invite reptiles to a feast. Hold your governor for preferring to play politics rather than strict laws to protect you & your farms.🚶

They should send these people back to their states after the farmers have been fully compensated! It is high time we told these destroyers we won't take any of their shits again!

Now I see why Amotekun is illegal by Mallami

No time

Good job!

It’s about to happen , Buhari May cancel that trip to London for this , that is a national emergency

This is beautiful

Miyetti Allah should call their men to order, the Fulani leaders should plead with their subjects. Wandering into peoples farm is lawlessness! We can always live together peaceful. They shouldn't push the Yorubas to the wall! Respect is reciprocal!

I'm happy to hear this. They should pay for damages. Destroyers of good things.

That's the way to go.

Nice one. Let them pay for damages

IamHammed Etubom_Olushola

You people should give them their cattle, the don't joke with their cattle, just escort them out of your community.

These herdsmen have total freedom under buhari administration and am wondering why he hasn't tried to stop them from all these menace they are doing

Make suya for people

That's why omotekun is declared illegal

some African countries are having ranches but my country is not thinking like that

very good, they should get their ranch

Be prepare they may come for you if you temper with their cows

The best

🙌🏾🙌🏾

Nice one
