The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board on Wednesday said the introduction of the National Identification Number in the 2021/2022 exam registration helped it to uncover over 500,000 fake candidates.

Oloyede, who said his team was at the South-East to assess what was going on with the conduct of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination as well as to visit the new university in Ebonyi, said the use of the NIN as directed by the Federal Government helped to reduce examination malpractice.

So because they couldn't obtain their NIN just like I'm unable to get mine af almost a month of registration now makes them fake candidates? It's OK, it's Nigeria

What do you mean fake candidates? Do you mean impersonators or do you just mean those who were not able to get their nin before the deadline? Because i see no reason why there will be fake candidates unless someone wasted money to apply for what he would not want to show up for?

this cap ehn..... Once it on someone's head

My friend's sister didn't write the jamb all because your so called Nin made mistake on her name, and the registration money just waste like that

500,000? What's their motive?

They are liars. Whatever they want to sustain so that their tribe will see money to steal, they will bring out a cooked story for us to see as if it's helping. Evil people. How can fake online registration be on a system to that magnitude? Senseless party and tribe.😡
