NERC slams N300m fine on AEDC for negligence, death of 4-year-old boy

In an Order No. 169 issued on Tuesday, NERC said AEDC’s negligence in keeping its network safe resulted in the death of the minor.It directed AEDC to pay N50 million to the family of late Master Jibril as compensation to his family at a formal presentation scheduled for May 28, 2019.
