NADDC gets N1.8b for youths, mechanics’ training, service centres

The Federal Executive Council has approved N1.8billion for the National Automotive Design and Development Council .The centres are located in the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.

Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Niyi Adebayo, spoke to State House correspondents after Wednesday’s virtual FEC meeting in Abuja.“The reason for the project is that with the kind of vehicles being manufactured today, we need training institutes that will train our mechanics and our youths how to maintain and service these vehicles”, he said.
