Lawyers for the one-time child star said Sarkozy terminated the couple’s lease without her knowledge, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

After five years of marriage, Mary-Kate Olsen, has filed for divorce from Olivier Sarkozy amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The “Full House” twin asked a Manhattan judge to stop her soon to be ex-husband from kicking her out of their luxury apartment in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. Olsen originally filed on 17 April and has included a divorce petition in her emergency filing and requests for the couple’s prenuptial agreement to be enforced.
