A sixty-five-year-old man, Mr Moses Airiagbonkpa, on Monday fell from the fifth floor of the Edo High Court complex and died.
The deceased, who was in court because of a case, was said to have excused himself from members of his family, who accompanied him to the court, to use the restroom when he fell. Obanor stated, “Three of us came here this morning got up and told us that he wanted to urinate and we told him to return early so that we could go home after the lawyer might have picked a new date.“After picking the date, we waited for a long period but he did not show up. So, we assumed that he had gone downstairs to wait for us where we parked our vehicle.
