Justice Urhomwen Erameh gave the order after Uzokin pleaded not guilty to nine-counts of trafficking filed by the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons , Benin zonal command.NAPTIP alleged that the offence contravened provisions of sections 13, 13 and 26 of Trafficking in Persons Enforcement and Administration Act, 2015.
