Following the inconclusive governorship and assembly elections held last Saturday in some states, the Independent National Electoral Commission has said it would hold supplementary elections in the affected states on March 23.
If Adamawa gov election is declared inconclusive bc the cancelled votes is more than the diff bw the winner & the first runner up. Then Presidential elections too shd be declared inconclusive as the diff bw Buhari & Atiku is 3.8 mil votes while the cancelled votes is 5.8million.
