BREAKING: INEC Fixes March 23 For Supplementary Governorship Election In 'Inconclusive States'
According to Festus Okoye, National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Eductaion Committee, the cmmission took the decision on Tuesday after a meeting to review the 29 governorship and 991 state constituency elections of March 9.
Y is it only in the states where Pdp won in northern that's labeled inconclusive? What are they upto? To do their abracadabra overnight.

Am so confused, it's only in a state where PDP close to win its election that INEC will start thinking of starting that the election of that state is inconclusive or not. But it should be known that in kano state nothing will be change.
