The suspects were arraigned before a Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital On Wednesday for their alleged role in the Idoani bank robbery that led to the loss of seven lives.
The deadly attack led to the death of four officials of the bank including its Operational Manager, two customers and a policeman on duty at the bank. After listening to both the prosecuting and defence counsels, the Chief Magistrate of the Court, Victoria Bob-Manuel remanded the suspects in police custody till 2nd of next month pending the advice from the office of Director of Public Prosecution.
