The founder and senior Prophet of the church, Jeremiah Fufeyin had been accused of using the police to arrest and detain the physically challenged woman for complaining about her missing son.

A physically challenged woman, Ruth Matthew, whose two-year-old child went missing in Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministries has not regained her freedom from detention, SaharaReporters learnt on Tuesday.

Isaac Obasi, human rights advocate and founder of Obasi Foundation for Justice on Tuesday posted a video showing how Ruth, came down from an aircraft in Benin City, Edo State and whisked away in a wheelchair. As the woman identified as Ruth was getting down from the plane, Bisola could heard saying, “Ruth, is that you? We are here for you; we are here live on Facebook. They kidnapped this lady in Abuja, we will give you Tsunami if that is what you want. Whatever they say you have done, that is the man who picked her up.

If Nigeria is a country, why should police arrest her without deep investigation. There is something smelling that has foul odour than stench.

All these fake pastors

You arrest the victim because she is poor.

Is that what his supposed to do. A pastor arresting a physically Challenge for crying over her child, this is nonsense

I first heard this case on human right radio TV sometimes last year. I think the pastor turned down the invitation

You sin will find you out in due time God will give the woman justice

Nigeria is really infested with false prophets. Lord have mercy!

Irritating stories from Nigeria

Really

Do due diligence check on all available facts before rushing to press sir. Contact Embelembe if police source may not satisfy your curiosity on this issue

Churches and mosques are business centers in Nigeria

I've always known that this man is thief and he does fake miracles

Inasmuch as I do not hold a brief for any pastor advertising miracles, however, can we accuse a Local Government Chair because a child goes missing in his Local Government Area? How dumb! 😒 🙄 What's the job of a responsible parent in such a large crowd? 🤔

He don use the child renew him juju

The pastor is a ritualist

Most of these pastors are ritualists using churches to cover their evil deeds. The problem is that miracle seekers keep patronizing these devils who end up compounding their misery. Why won't the PoliceNG_CRU investigate this case?

What do you expect from so called pastor, daddy g.o Stealing from the poor

Gods of Men.

Fufeyin thinks he is tough He doesn't know that God Almighty is the biggest Mafia Don on Earth with Powerful Connections everywhere including in Heaven It is Completely unscriptural for him to be using Police to Arrest Ruth Matthews a Physically Challenged Woman

This is another Pastor sotitobire in Akure. How can a pastor arrest somebody whose child got missing in his church? Wild wild world!

If you want to live long avoid saharareporters, bbcnew, legit.naija

Pastors are Nigerian God, they value them more than their creator.

Investigate this pastor Fufeyin , he may be involve in the lost of that child.

Maybe he has used the kid to extend his visa

He knows something about it if not he should have help to find the missing child rather than arresting the woman... God this pastors are evil 😡😡

All of these men useless to our society

Christianity is a mafia gang business. As toxicworkplace & Toxicbosses are trending today, majority of the terrible experiences are from churches, schools & businesses owned &or operated by pastors & religious people. sad

Did the police arrest her? A man of God displaying power and glory!

Nigerian police is for hire. Hire Nigerian police to hunt your rival, hire them to punish/torture your enemy. Nothing about Nigerian police makes you proud about them.

I first work follow pastor we know the skills 😂 as a fake pastor if you don’t want people to suspect you just engage in charity work or just they do giveaway Nigerians no go ever suspect or believe anyone who talk shite about you ..

Wahala aye yin niyen o

Haba this is a big lie. This woman left her child and ran away from church. So Fufeyin sense spiritually and told the security to close the gate and he told them a baby is crying that they should bring it then later we saw the mother crying for help that she intentionally left he

If not for the socio-economic and political pauperization and strangulation of the average Nigerian that have made them very gullible to religious and spiritual miscreants and hoodlums, these so-called 'church leaders' ought not to be listened to by any wise and sensible person.

We will see the head of this matter we die here

Don’t understand this. Story does not add up

Dem don start o

This is very Bad and Condemnable if it's True

My people fail to understand... they are all inherently the same.

This case of missing child should be investigated well. Pastor maybe free but it must be critically scrutinized.
