Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship contender in Benue State, Dr. Paul Angya, has disclosed one of his primary objectives of seeking the state’s top job is to uphold Governor Samuel Ortom’s policy on securing the state.

Unveiling his policy document tagged ‘The New Deal’ yesterday in Makurdi, Angya expressed disgust that the state had over the years been plagued by infrastructure deficit.
