The National Chairman of All Progressives Congress Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has secured an exparte injunction restraining further action on his purported suspension as member of the party. Joined in the suit are the nine ward executives that moved Ganduje’s suspension, the Police, Department of State Services , Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps . Ganduje was suspended by nine members of the 25 executive members of his Ganduje ward, Dawakin-Tofa local government area of Kano state, over the alleged corruption charges roaving around their kinsman.
