All Progressives Congress yesterday described as unenforceable, a Kano State High Court ex parte order affirming the purported suspension of its National Chairman,The ruling party , through its National Working Committee , boasted that it would not obey the order because it was obtained with a “fraudulent document.”
The order restraining the former governor from further parading himself as APC national chairman. He said “The court has no jurisdiction on the issue. The persons who appeared before it are impersonators. One of the so -called defendants is even here with us in Abuja. The court has gone too far on this issue.
“We have not been served with court summons, no one is going to court yet. If a judge decides on his own to listen to one side without hearing the other, or without inviting the parties who are mentioned in the process to make an order and then follow the order of the threats. The petition was signed by Mallam Ahmed Muhammad and 26 other members of the executive committee members of the Ganduje Ward.
APC also demanded an evaluation of the adherence to judicial guidelines and the 1999 Constitution in the context of non-interference in political party affairs.
