Salihu Tanko Yakasai, a media aide of Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, has reacted to Thursday’s court ruling that sacked the new Emirs.dissolved the four additional Emirates and first class Emirs created by the Kano State Government.
But, delivering the judgement today, Justice Na’abba said the Kano State House of Assembly had violated the provision of Section 101 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, , which allows the assembly to make laws.
