Fed Govt to integrate women into growth plans

The plan include training and retraining of government’s workforce, increase in job quota for women, review of their core competencies, putting them in areas where they are needed, creation of jobs for women, among others.

She said the percentage of women in the Nigerian oil and gas industry is minimal such that they are hardly seen in the boards of oil and companies.
