The Kwara State Government, Thursday, announced a total lockdown of vehicular, movement of people and all businesses from 6pm Friday.
He said banks and food items will be allowed to open for business only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 10am and 2pm. He warned against stigmatisation of persons suspected to have been infected with the disease, saying “the state government will prosecute any one caught in the act.”
Kwara state technical committee on COVID-19 had Monday, confirmed two separate cases of the disease in the state.
