Nigerian music vocal powerhouse, Chidinma Ekile is giving us goosebumps in a good way as she performs ‘Nobody’s Fool’ for the motion picture film, ‘The Herbert Macaulay Affair’.

The video begins with an emotional Ekile standing in front of a microphone decked in a glamorous black gown while her neck is adorned by pearls. As her sonorous voice belts out the soulful lyrics of the songs, scenes from the film flashes. She sings about not being nobody’s fool and not losing herself.

In another scene, Ekile is Victorian chic as she continues to sing about the lover that is hurting her but who she is refusing to allow to make her a fool and who will end up regretting his actions.Watch the emotional and soulful video below: The Herbert Macaulay Affair is set for release on October 25 and is a new feature based on the life and struggles of 1900s Nigerian Nationalist and independence agitator, Herbert Macaulay.
