One of my car is on a ship laden with 2 covid 19 suspected people. This ship(HOEGH SINGAPORE) has been on high sea since 27th March.Please can this be looked into?

I had a car cleared out from the port 2 days ago,Wednesday precisely. I was charged 10days demmurrage by the operator.They are not complying with the federal government directives for 21 days free demmurrage. Also how can an exporter gets to the port with this restrictions?
