“So, when the issue came, I felt this was the only way we could compensate them, by showing serious concern on the issue. “My amendment to the motion if they allowed it, is that, any man arrested for raping a woman is not to be killed, but they should go and cut his prick. When they cut that thing, he will not go and do again to another woman.
Society develops not only by enforcing laws but also refining cultures and norms. In tackling Rape, we MUST include a re-orientation program. Where there is no discipline, commitment, patriotism or empathy, people are blinded from seeing the human in another person enough to care

When a man pays a 15year old girl a sum of 500,000 naira to sleep with her against her will. What is that? Rape, date rape or consensual intercourse? That is very common among our top politicians, lecturers and leaders. If we must fight rape by legislation, we must start from Dr.
Castrate any man or woman who rapes and loots will be totally acceptable by me. Because most of these Honorables are responsible for many consensual intercourse (rape)with underage girls in Nigeria.
