To remove the scepticism about the vaccines recently brought into the country for the treatment of the disease, President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo will on Saturday receive the COVID-19 vaccine publicly.

The second edition focused on how Nigeria has handled the response to the Covid-19 pandemic generally in Nigeria, in the last one year, and especially the National Vaccination Response. Similarly, the chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 and Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha will also receive his first dose of the vaccine on the same day.

Director General of National Agency for Food Drugs and Administration Control , Prof. Mojisola Adeyeye, also wanted that Falsified COVID-19 vaccines are already in the global market.
