In a six-to-one judgement, the Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the application by the sacked Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha for a review of the court’s January 14, 2020 judgment, sacking him.
Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, who read the lead ruling, held that the Supreme Court lacked the jurisdiction to review its judgment once it is delivered and that there is no law that mandates the court to reverse itself.
PDP will soon release a press statement stating that they lost because Tanko Mohammed head the review panel. They will still come back to the same Supreme Court and ask that Tanko be excused from heading the review panel......
Now that it as been dismissed by the supreme Court ,PDP should start thier protest to America embassy tomorrow morning with sleeping beds and candles untill the court do another review. Yeye people.......
Where's the PDP and its followers of protesters? Hope Uzodinma is back to his seat as executive governor of Imo State.
