The Kaduna State Government has lifted its two-month ban on mobile phone services. The State Government through the Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, announced the development on Friday.
However, Aruwan said other measures initiated to tackle banditry like the ban on motorcycles, weekly markets, selling of fuel in kegs would remain in force.
Suffered citizens for no reasons at all
The ban seem to have worked in favour of the terrorists while exposing many to danger. Now they have victims & govt. lifting ban so that they can call for ransom. 💁

LMAO! Kaduna comic. -
so called well educated and best gov in the North El rufus is just doing Trial and Error and has no Actual Strategy or smarts than the other Misfits in Zamfara or Sokoto.
Trial and error, abracadabra style of leadership. APC has no agenda for this nation, just driving, no direction, no GPS.
Brief man wey no de think
Bandits didn't defy the shutdown order. They are the order themselves so they can choose to obey or defy it.
That wasn't a smart move from the start!
Thoughtless policies that bring underdevelopment. Now that they have made telcom companies lose billions and millions of customers suffer losses, I hope the state goovt knows it's a major part of the problem in that state.
People without brain.
A government with no direction, planning or focus. With more policy flipflops and summersaults than a breached catfish out of water.
It's not easy to Defy an Executive order. So Congratulations to them
