But you I have never been one to really trust the WHO let alone take it's word as true, last trusted the UN when Koffi Annan held office. So, African leaders, be smart, be cautious, be humane & DO NOT SELL OUT THE PEOPLE WHO VOTED YOU INTO OFFICE.
