COVID-19: Adenuga has made N1bn donation, says Dele Momodu

Momodu said this on social media barely hours after oil magnate, Femi Otedola, urged Adenuga to redeem his pledge.

In a post on Instagram, however, Momodu attached a letter addressed to Adenuga by Sterling Bank confirming the payment of N1bn. “We are pleased to confirm that we have wired the full value of the drafts N1, 000, 000, 000 to the beneficiary – CBN account 1000014920 COVID-19 Relief Fund Account as per your instruction in spite of the limited banking services occasioned by the pandemic.”
