Before the inspection, the minister, accompanied by big wigs of the aviation and aerospace ministry, had visited Governor Abba Yusuf, who was represented by his deputy, Aminu Gwarzo. The minister also appealed for the Kano government’s support in acquiring two additional 200KVA power generating plants to supplement electricity supply at the airport.
