Suspension Drama: Court stops IGP, others from inviting, arresting Ganduje APC ward executives

A Kano High Court has granted an ex parte order restraining the Inspector General of Police ; Assistant Inspector General, AIG Zone 1, Kano; Commissioner of Police, Kano, from inviting, arresting and harassing the All Progressives Congress ward officers at Ganduje ward, Dawakin-Tofa local council of Kano State.

In the consolidated motion ex parte dated April 29, 2024, the applicants are challenging the IGP, AIG zone 1 Kano, Commissioner of Police Kano, APC, APC NWC, Kano APC State Council and Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje. A new order by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission will in the next 30 days create the Nigerian Independent System Operator of Nigeria Limited , a development that will split the Transmission Commission of Nigeria .In a move to leverage gas for economic growth, President Bola Tinubu is set to commission three critical gas infrastructure projects in the country.

The Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Gani Adams, has warned fake news peddlers to desist from spreading lies about his origin.
