The governorship candidate of the All Progress Congress, APC, for the November 6 Anambra guber elections , Senator Andy Uba has launched a ten-point agenda to tackle the current problems the APGA administration has plunged the state into.

Describing his manifesto as a dynamically multi-faceted public policy agenda, Andy Uba assures that this is the right agenda to restore the state’s glory as it is all encompassing as well as specific, measurable, realistic and achievable within a reasonable time frame. On security, which has been a major pain point in Anambra, and indeed most parts of the South East, Senator Andy Uba has devised strategies to tackle the divisions and unite all involved as an experienced negotiator. When elected briefly into governorship office in 2007, Senator Uba successfully dialogued with the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra who had been in active and sometimes violent conflicts for years in Anambra state.

The two time senator plans to establish a Preventive Health Insurance Program and an Anambra State Hospitals Upgrade Program .
