Investigators say a young woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash Thursday morning in Philadelphia 's Feltonville neighborhood.The deadly crash happened around 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of Front Street and Hunting Park Avenue, according to police.Investigators say the victim, 24-year-old Tahtiana Diggs, was rushed to Temple University Hospital where she died.
"The details are a little unclear, but it appears that as she exited the vehicle for some reason she fell," Overwise said during a Thursday press conference. Authorities say there were no security cameras in the immediate area of the crash, but video gathered from nearby cameras shows a small light-colored SUV and pickup truck driving south on Front Street when the crash happened.
